Baby feeding bottles are mostly come from PP performs, PP preform mould manufacture is different than PET preform moulds, which is more complex and difficult in the product design and mould design.

For PP preform molds manufacturers, first,design is very important,engineers will consider if the preform design and the thickness can allows the bottle in perfect blowing performance.To test this, we can make PP preform testing mould with single cavity. Then the plastic material is very special,if you use normal PP material or add some color master, it does not work.so be ware of using special PP material and do not add color mixture. Besides, the molding temperature is also very essential for PP preform blowing effect.
