We have two design regard these moulds, round and rectangle. For round design the most mould made cavities is 24 cavities with 1 tip hot runner.
The rectangle can be design as 24cavities and 48 cavities, with reasonable hot runner system 6tips,saving materials.
Our mould with good cooling system, cycle time is within 10s no matter in round or rectangle structure.
